PwC is looking for a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to lead client work in planning, compliance, documentation, and dispute support within our Tax Services practice in the United States. You will guide complex engagements, coach teams, and translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in transfer pricing or related field.
• CPA, Bar, or related credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead TP planning, compliance, and controversy matters across intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate engagements from scoping through delivery and client communications.
• Develop pricing methodologies, benchmarking analyses, and economic studies for intercompany policies.
• Review financial data, contracts, and tax positions to identify TP exposure and opportunities for improvement.
• Guide preparation of local country documentation, master file materials, and technical memoranda.
• Present technical conclusions and alternatives to client stakeholders and tax leaders.
• Coach teams through complex engagements and changing client priorities.
• Apply TP knowledge to cross-border structuring and dispute planning.
• Monitor OECD guidance and regulatory developments affecting TP positions.
• Support practice growth through relationship development and thought leadership.
