Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with data entry accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain policies clearly.
• FERPA compliance and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming transcripts in Slate for authenticity, completeness, and accreditation.
• Verify course credits, AP/ACE/CLEP scores and dual credit alignment.
• Ensure data populates to Degree Works for advisor visibility.
• Input external data accurately in Banner and track transfer coursework.
• Collaborate with advisors and department chairs to resolve transfer equivalencies.
• Process Academic Fresh Start requests per policy.
