Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution; two years in Registrar/Enrollment Services or related higher-ed environment.
• Experience with transfer credit evaluations and degree audits.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and FERPA compliance.
• Ability to process student records with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate official transcripts, scores, and other documentation to determine transfer credit eligibility and course equivalencies.
• Receive, review, and maintain official transcripts and supporting documents in the student records system.
• Enter eligible coursework and evaluation data to support transfer evaluations and maintain accurate records.
• Generate evaluation results and communicate outcomes to students.
