Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; substantial experience in student services in higher education preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of transfer credit evaluation practices and FERPA regulations helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage all transfer credit evaluations for incoming students using Ellucian Banner and TES.
• Oversee workflow to ensure timely transfer credit evaluations and reconciliation of reports.
• Serve as liaison to faculty and departments for articulation and transfer credit documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and external entities regarding transfer credits.
