Job summary

College of Charleston seeks a Transfer Credit Operations Manager to lead all transfer credit activities in the Registrar’s Office. You will evaluate coursework using Ellucian Banner and CollegeSource TES, oversee workflows, and respond to inquiries from students and staff.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with substantial higher education experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills to maintain accurate records and policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in student services required.
• Substantial higher education experience desired; equivalent combinations encouraged.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transfer credit evaluation activities for all students using Ellucian Banner and imaging apps.
• Coordinate graduate and undergraduate credit evaluations and assist students with questions.
• Manage transfer email inbox and liaison with International Education as needed.
• Serve as expert resource on transfer policies, FERPA, and institutional procedures.
