Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle transfer and direct admissions coordination with providers.
• Collect intake data from ED, physicians, and clinics.
• Coordinate acceptance calls and document outcomes.
• Assist with bed placement, capacity planning and throughput optimization.
• Collaborate with admitting, EVS, case management to ensure timely admissions and positive patient experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication and triage skills for complex cases.
