Qualifications

• Prior experience in an acute care healthcare environment.
• Prior Call Center experience and/or experience processing transfer requests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls received at the Transfer Center using optimal customer service skills.
• Gather and document pertinent transfer request information.
• Enter data related to all transfer requests in Cerner, FirstNet, and Transfer log.
• Facilitate bed assignment coordination as appropriate for client transfers.
