Gather and document transfer request information appropriately.
Enter data related to transfers in Cerner, FirstNet, and Transfer log.
Escalate clinical questions as necessary.
Coordinate bed assignments and discussions to ensure effective transfers.
Follow up on no-show transfers with appropriate communication.
