Job summary

Lone Star College seeks a Manager, Transfer Center to coordinate transfer services and provide leadership for the Transfer Center. The role ensures excellent student service and aligns procedures with the institution's mission.

The position partners with colleges and universities to create structured transfer pathways, supervises staff, and oversees transfer documentation and data reporting to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in advising or a related student service field.
• Experience advising students and coordinating transfer processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transfer Center operations and staff on a day-to-day basis.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff as needed.
• Serve as liaison between colleges and LSCS enrollment services.
• Collaborate with transfer partners to create guaranteed pathways.
• Coordinate transfer access programs and degree completion initiatives.
• Provide academic advising on transfer admission, registration, and financial aid.
• Work with LSCS partner institutions to develop transfer documents.
• Maintain and report on student transfer data.
• Ensure policy alignment with LSCS mission across departments.
