Job summary

Lone Star College-CyFair is seeking a Manager, Success and Completion to lead the Records Department and ensure accurate handling of student records, graduation and enrollment verification. The role focuses on compliance with college, state, and federal laws, and on data integrity for campus leadership.

You will supervise Records Specialists, drive process improvements, oversee dual credit registrations, and manage outreach and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team of Records Specialists and ensures staff productivity and completion of work related to student success.
• Creates processes and guides staff in identifying students nearing degree completion; analyzes completion data and records for improvement.
• Oversees dual credit registration processes and communicates with high school counselors for accurate student enrollment.
• Processes graduation applications for degree completion.
• Supervises student outreach via departmental emails and phone; monitors budget and payroll.
