Job summary

San José State University seeks an Articulation Coordinator to support articulation agreements, transfer pathways, and related academic records. You will work with departments, Enrollment Management, and external partners to enhance student transfer success.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years in administrative work involving study, analysis, or policy development, with strong communication and data skills. Hybrid or on-site environment with CSU system collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training.
• Two years of administrative work experience in study, analysis, or evaluation leading to policy or program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate articulation agreements and transfer pathways.
• Maintain articulation data and transfer equivalencies across systems.
• Research curriculum information and statewide transfer initiatives.
• Interpret and apply policies related to transfer credit and G.E.
• Provide training and consultation to faculty, advisors, and staff.
