Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking an Associate to join our Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team within the Valuations & Opinions Group. You will develop financial models, prepare board presentations, and coordinate engagement timelines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The role offers exposure to M&A, restructuring, and spin-off transactions for public and private companies and private equity clients, with opportunities to lead diligence and advisory work.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytic foundation with strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methods.
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel.
• Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple work products and teammates.
• Experience interfacing with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and deliver financial models and valuation analyses supporting opinions.
• Own development and review of board-level presentations and reports.
• Coordinate engagement timelines and provide oversight to analysts.
• Collaborate with clients and lead diligence efforts as needed.
• Support marketing materials for meetings with potential or existing clients.
