Lincoln International is seeking an Associate for our Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team within the Valuations & Opinions Group. You will build complex financial models and draft board presentations for deals involving public and private companies and leading private equity firms.

Role emphasizes entrepreneurial, fast-paced work with opportunities to contribute across engagements, including fairness opinions and valuations.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and present financial analyses and valuations for fairness and solvency opinions.
• Develop board-level presentations and reports with accuracy.
• Coordinate engagement timelines and oversee analysts.
