Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities with financial modeling.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Valuation, Asset-backed Finance, or Transaction Opinions teams.
• Analyze financial statements and develop financial ratios and models.
• Prepare client deliverables and assist in fee proposal materials.
