Lincoln International, Inc. seeks an Associate to join our Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory team within the Valuations & Opinions Group.

The role offers exposure to M&A, restructurings, and fairness opinions for public and private clients in a fast-paced, growth environment. Successful candidates bring strong financial modeling, advanced Excel, and client-facing skills, with 3–5 years in investment banking or valuations.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Advanced financial modeling and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong writing skills and experience with PowerPoint and Word.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to manage people/work products.
• Strong communication with teammates and clients.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in financial services (investment banking or valuations) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; strong academic record.
• CPA and/or CFA Level I preferred, not required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, complete, and review valuation analyses and financial models.
• Own development and review of board-level presentations and reports.
• Coordinate engagement execution and timelines, oversee analysts.
• Review information and track open items across engagements.
• Coordinate with clients and lead diligence efforts when needed.
• Prepare marketing materials for meetings with clients and support senior team members.
