Job summary

Lincoln International is seeking Analysts to join our Valuations & Opinions Group (VOG). The role focuses on portfolio valuations, financial modeling, and client deliverables in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will work with blue-chip institutional clients, perform analysis, and participate in due diligence meetings while building market-ready valuation deliverables. A hybrid work structure is offered with in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; Master’s preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build financial models.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Valuation, Asset-backed Finance, or Transaction Opinions & Board Advisory teams.
• Perform financial statement analysis and quantitative assessments.
• Review investment memoranda, board materials, and financial models to understand companies.
