Job summary

Lincoln International seeks an Analyst to join the Valuations & Opinions Group. You will build portfolio valuations, financial models, and support client engagement with blue chip institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from a top-tier institution; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent analytic foundation with financial statements and valuation methods (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Active CPA and/or CFA Level I is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Valuation, Asset-backed Finance, or Transaction Opinions teams.
• Analyze financial statements and compute ratios; present analyses clearly.
• Review client memoranda, debt/equity agreements, and financial models.
• Prepare client deliverables and contribute to engagement pricing discussions.
• Assist in due diligence meetings and respond to client/auditor questions.
