Job Description Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management oversight for a complex and/or prominent portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more National and/or Global Corporate Services clients. Responsibilities include market optimization planning, internal/external workflow monitoring to ensure consistent quality of service and work product, and management and/or oversight of team Transaction Managers and Transaction Coordinators. Additionally, responsible for budgeting, revenue, and profit tracking of all transactions, as well as reporting profitability results to the Account Director and/or senior management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- General:
- Implement portfolio plans aligned with the client's real estate goals and objectives.
- Optimize and integrate the portfolio with the client's workplace strategy.
- Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate business terms for transactions like lease, sale, sublease, and purchase.
- Align the client's real estate functions to ensure consistent service.
- Manage documentation flow and client communications.
- Work with operational groups to identify real estate needs.
- Prepare and interpret financial analyses and accounting concepts.
- Report all transaction revenue and ensure report accuracy.
- Present transaction activities to clients and management.
- Participate in business reviews and lead client meetings.
- Supervise transactional team members and support staff.
Process Management:- Develop and implement process management strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee development and improvement of standard forms and procedures.
- Create performance metrics for internal benchmarking.
- Develop and maintain an operations manual/playbook.
Transaction Management:- Oversee transaction service delivery and manage teams involved.
- Manage broker selection process and client project parameters.
- Oversee negotiations and manage transaction processes.
- Coordinate legal reviews and ensure data accuracy.
- Handle disputes, client site visits, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Oversee budgeting, revenue tracking, and rebate management.
Strategic Planning:- Lead strategic planning and provide real estate advice.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and develop occupancy strategies.
- Support business case development and financial analysis.
- Implement strategies and report on cost savings and value adds.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- State real estate salesperson license
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate, preferably Lease Negotiation
- Knowledge of lease language, CAM reconciliation, insurance, and taxes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Leadership, self-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to manage high transaction volume
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate initiative
