Responsibilities

• Support the execution and closing of complex leveraged/structured finance transactions from pre-approval to close.
• Coordinate documentation, conditions precedent, and funds flow with multiple stakeholders.
• Review approvals, KYC/AML diligence, onboarding, and booking to ensure control compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements, training materials, and playbooks for deal execution.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Legal, Compliance and Operations to manage lifecycle events.
