Santander US is seeking an Executive Director Senior Transaction Manager for Corporate & I‑Banking Lending Products. You will manage complex Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance transactions from pre‑approval to close, coordinating with Advisory, Legal, and Front Office to ensure compliant, timely execution and strong control across deal life cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance lending transactions, syndicated loan processes, credit approvals, loan documentation, KYC/AML, collateral, covenants, booking, funding, settlement and servicing handoffs.
• Strong transaction execution, issue resolution, stakeholder management and control judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex closings and amendments under time pressure.
• Strong understanding of Lev Fin and Structured Finance structures, credit agreements, funds flows, allocations and agency processes.
• Experience with Loan IQ or comparable loan booking / servicing platforms preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution coordination for complex Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, syndicated, bilateral, club, participant, left lead and amendments.
• Coordinate closing checklists, conditions precedent, documentation status, approval evidence, funds flow, allocations, setup and readiness.
• Ensure amendments that require approvals are routed and evidenced before implementation.
• Support handoffs to Portfolio Management, Agency, Operations and Servicing for covenant and servicing obligations.
• Develop procedures, playbooks and training materials to build the US Transaction Management team.
