Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or Engineering.
• 1-5 years of experience in commodity finance, corporate banking, or trade finance.
• Advanced Excel modeling and knowledge of financial instruments.
• Strong negotiation, multi-tasking, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement tailored financing solutions (e.g., prepayments, inventory finance, borrowing base facilities).
• Analyze and mitigate risks using instruments like insurance guarantees and letters of credit.
• Create complex working capital models, forecast trends, and analyze collateral (inventory, receivables).
• Negotiate with lenders/counterparties and prepare legal documentation.
