Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking an Executive Director Transaction Manager for SCIB Lending to lead complex leveraged and structured finance transactions through approval, closing, booking and funding in a hybrid NYC or Miami setup.

The role emphasizes front-to-back coordination across business lines, adherence to KYC/AML, and building out standards, training, and control processes to ensure accurate, timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance lending transactions.
• Experience with loan documentation, KYC/AML, collateral, covenants, booking, funding and servicing handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution coordination for complex Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance transactions from pre-approval through close.
• Coordinate closing checklists, conditions precedent, documentation status, approval evidence, funds flow, allocations, operational setup and stakeholder readiness.
• Ensure amendments, waivers and lifecycle events are routed appropriately and evidenced before implementation.
• Build-out procedures, playbooks, closing standards, training materials and quality control routines for the US Transaction Management team.
• Act as trusted execution partner to multiple stakeholders and ensure clear communication on status, blockers and risks.
