Job summary

Remote Leverage is hiring REMOTE Transaction Coordinators to support US real estate deals. Multiple positions are available immediately; compensation is $1400-$2500 USD per month.

You will work directly with the business to manage transactions remotely. Responsibilities include opening and managing escrow and title files, coordinating inspections and closings, collecting documents, and ensuring timely closes.

Qualifications

• +1 year of experience in a Transaction Coordinator role or related role.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage escrow and title files after a contract is signed, tracking deadlines and contingencies.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties.
• Collect, review, and organize all required documents and disclosures to ensure the file is complete and compliant.
• Communicate regularly with all parties, including agents, lenders, title/escrow officers, and attorneys, to keep the transaction moving and flag issues early.
• Prepare and distribute contracts, addenda, and amendments as the deal evolves.
• Coordinate the closing process, confirming that final paperwork, funds, and signatures are in place to ensure the transaction closes on time.
