Location : 100% Remote - (approx. 25 hrs/week) - Flexible schedule, 5 days preferred (4 considered). Must be available to start ASAP.

Contract : 7-Months

Focus: Ensuring eligible real estate purchase contracts qualify for a rebate program through meticulous manual processes and data entry (testing phase).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit purchase contracts to identify and resolve discrepancies (unlogged contracts, incorrect agent credit, out-of-range dates).
  • Reconcile data by communicating with brokerages and agents to obtain necessary information.
  • Support Accounting/Finance with rebate processing, including sending ACH forms via Docusign.
  • Accurately document transactions and rebate amounts.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar real estate transaction role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Gsheets, GDocs, and Docusign.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
