Job summary

CS Outsource is seeking a proactive STR Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions sourced largely through Zillow and other online channels.

You will coordinate between buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and agents, track deadlines, and ensure contracts and documents are completed accurately and on time.

This role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination (STR experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of contracts, real estate documentation, and closing processes.
• Experience with Zillow or similar online lead platforms.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented STR Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions sourced primarily through Zillow and other online lead channels. This role will play a key part in supporting deal flow, coordinating between stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate transactions for short-term rental (STR) properties from lead to closing.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing purchase agreements and related contracts.
• Manage and track Zillow-generated leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion support.
• Act as the central point of communication between co-broking agents, buyers/sellers, and all third-party vendors. (lenders, title companies, inspectors, etc.)
• Schedule and follow up on home inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain organized transaction records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Monitor deadlines, contingencies, and closing timelines to ensure smooth deal progression.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination. (STR experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of contracts, real estate documentation, and closing processes.
• Experience working with Zillow or similar online lead generation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM tools and transaction management platforms.
• Knowledge of US real estate processes and terminology.
