PLACE is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage listing launches, contract-to-close processes, and meticulous file maintenance at our Virginia Beach office. You will coordinate photography, staging, and liaise with agents, clients, and lenders to ensure timely closings and compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Manage listing launch and contract-to-close for all transactions.
• Enter listing data, descriptions, and pictures into MLS.
• Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch tasks.
• Act as liaison between agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers.
• Review contracts to ensure obligations and maintain trailing paperwork.
• Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale.
• Create timelines and follow-up processes to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files.
• Provide weekly check-ins with agents to ensure timely closings.
• Attend weekly 1:1 coaching and trainings.
• Track activities in PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions
• Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS
• Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions
• Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers
• Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
• Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
• Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
• Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology
