Transaction Coordinator (In-Person) | Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | Paracle

What You'll Do:

  1. Manage transactions from executed contract to closing, ensuring all deadlines are met
  2. Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and compliance with brokerage and state requirements
  3. Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors to ensure a seamless closing process
  4. Track critical deadlines such as inspections, due diligence, and financing contingencies
  5. Prepare and distribute transaction files, addenda, and necessary disclosures
  6. Keep CRM and transaction management systems updated with all relevant details
  7. Provide administrative support to agents by handling escrow deposits, scheduling, and client communication
  8. Ensure compliance with brokerage and industry standards

What We're Looking For:

  1. Real estate transaction experience (preferred, but willing to train the right person)
  2. NC/SC Licensed candidates
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  4. Excellent communication skills verbal, written, and professional correspondence
  5. Tech-savvy comfortable using CRM systems, transaction platforms, and Google Suite
