As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on a team that oversees all compliance and administrative details throughout the listings and transaction process. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses. Our team provides full-service support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth path to closing. From document preparation to deadline tracking to regular updates to all parties involved, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. You will also collaborate with local lenders, attorneys, and title companies, bringing extensive industry experience and contacts to each contract processed.

Note: This position requires working out of the Nashville Compass office every other week (3990 Hillsboro Pike, Suite 320 Nashville TN).

Responsibilities
  1. Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements.
  2. Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and timely, with attention to detail.
  3. Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met.
  4. Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records.
  5. Support agents with inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and calculations.
  6. Collaborate with sales managers and support teams to provide outstanding support to agents.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate transaction processing, coordination, accounting, or payroll preferred.
  • Real Estate License required.
  • Familiarity with Tennessee real estate forms, including local disclosures.
  • Strong written, verbal, quantitative, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret detailed contracts and make informed decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of agent’s contract data.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer service-oriented personality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred.
