Job summary

Grassi, a leading advisory, tax and accounting firm, seeks a Transaction Advisory Manager focused on Financial Due Diligence in several office locations or remotely for eligible candidates in NY, NJ, MA, CT or PA.

The role leads buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analyzes financial statements, and communicates insights to clients while guiding multiple engagements and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of Transaction Advisory experience; 5+ total years.
• CPA license required.
• Construction, manufacturing & distribution industry experience desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and QoE engagements, delivering actionable insights for clients.
• Managing multiple concurrent engagements with high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
• Analyzing financial statements, operating results, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and value drivers.
• Developing reports, presentations, and analyses that communicate findings and strategic considerations.
• Evaluating revenue quality, earnings sustainability, working capital trends, and cash flow.
• Facilitating meetings with clients and target management while advising throughout engagements.
• Building strong client relationships through responsive service and technical expertise.
• Supporting business development activities and industry networking.
• Travel to client sites and offices as needed.
