Job summary

CBIZ's National Transaction Advisory Services, part of CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, provides financial due diligence to middle-market sponsors and portfolio companies across the U.S. The team operates remotely with minimal travel, emphasizing mentorship, coaching, and career advancement under a merit-based promotion model.

You will lead and manage due diligence engagements, applying technical judgment across earnings quality, working capital, cash flow, and risk, while developing junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA eligibility preferred.
• At least 5 years in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Must hold required licenses and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial due diligence engagements for buy- and sell-side.
• Coordinate engagement teams and communicate findings to clients.
• Apply knowledge across earnings quality, working capital, cash flow and risk.
• Mentor and develop junior staff within the engagement teams.
