Job summary

CohnReznick in New York City is seeking a Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. You will lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for both buy-side and sell-side clients across multiple industries, collaborating with PE firms and strategic buyers from start to finish.

Your strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills will help deliver clear, actionable insights while supporting a growing practice through timely reporting and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and other relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Analyze historical financial statements and identify earnings trends across industries.
• Coordinate with client and team on deliverables and deadlines.
• Prepare engagement reports and present findings to client management.
