Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries. The role offers exposure to buy-side and sell-side transactions and collaboration with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

You will analyze historical financials, prepare Quality of Earnings reports, and coordinate data rooms and client communications, with opportunities to interact directly with clients and private equity firms.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of public accounting experience, including 3+ years of dedicated transaction advisory or financial due diligence experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Prior experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Quality of Earnings analyses and reports.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Draft Quality of Earnings deliverables; analyze income statements and balance sheets to adjust EBITDA and identify non-recurring items.
• Analyze net working capital patterns, seasonality baselines, and normalization adjustments.
• Perform revenue recognition and cash flow analyses; cash-to-accrual conversions.
• Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure accuracy; manage timelines and client communications.
• Assist in importing and formatting large data sets; manage data room for due diligence engagements.
• Attend networking events; support leadership on transaction-related matters.
