Job summary

VPF Consulting is seeking a Senior or Manager level professional to join our Transaction Advisory team in a fully remote role (preference for candidates in the Northeast). You will lead buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements, deliver high-quality financial analysis, and mentor junior staff as you partner with senior leadership.

You should have 4–7 years in Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence, with strong U.S.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with privately held or lower-middle-market companies preferred.
• Enjoys problem solving and working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements.
• Perform quality of earnings analysis and financial statement trend identification.
• Analyze working capital and debt-like items; identify normalization adjustments.
• Prepare client deliverables and present findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior leadership.

I’m partnering with a growing firm looking to add talent to their Transaction Advisory team. This is a great opportunity for someone currently in TAS / Financial Due Diligence who is looking for a high-impact role with a runway for career growth.
