Alvarez & Marsal in the United States is seeking a Manager for Transaction Advisory/Financial Due Diligence to join our Global Transaction Advisory Group. You will lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, assess earnings quality, cash flows, working capital, and key drivers across industries.

You'll mentor junior staff, manage multiple engagements, and interact with clients and senior leaders. The role offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus, plus comprehensive

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of audit and financial accounting due diligence experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel and mentor Associates and Senior Associates.
• Manage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with leadership.
• Maintain and update budget and fee analyses.
• Manage multiple engagements of varying size and complexity.
• Review project databooks and generate full due diligence reports.
• Lead Quality of Earnings, P&L and Working Capital analyses.
• Communicate with clients on engagement matters and scope changes.
• Develop solutions to engagement risks and mentor staff.
