Overview

We are seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory, focusing on operations consulting and merger integrations. You will play a key role in managing project work during various stages of merger processes.

The position can be based in any of the following US locations: Boston, MA; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Princeton, NJ; East Brunswick, NJ; Red Bank, NJ; Whippany, NJ; Saddle Brook, NJ; Bethesda, MD; Los Angeles, CA; Orange County, CA; San Francisco, CA, or remotely within the US.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing multiple work streams concurrently.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of related M&A experience; CPA certification or in progress.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Excellent analytical abilities and data visualization skills.
• Operational consulting or project management experience.
• Prior experience in large professional services or public accounting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• Desire for long-term contribution to a dynamic team.
