Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements from start to finish.
• Engage with clients to understand business goals and objectives.
• Advise, implement and deliver solutions across all phases of the M&A lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and business recommendations to clients.
• Deliver insights through analysis and discussion.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure client profitability targets.
• Develop relationships with private equity firms and new referral sources.
• Invest in professional development and mentor staff.
