Job summary

GA Group is seeking a Managing Director to lead and scale the Transaction Advisory Services practice in a designated U.S. market. You will originate engagements, build senior relationships with PE sponsors, lenders, and corporate clients, and drive growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

The role requires deep Quality of Earnings expertise, 12+ years in TAS-related fields, and the ability to recruit and mentor teams within a growing platform. A hybrid work model is expected.

Qualifications

12+ years in transaction advisory, financial due diligence or related fields.
CPA, CFA, MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
Proven ability to originate, win and grow engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead local TAS practice strategy, growth, and market presence.
Originate TAS engagements and manage client relationships.
Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing local team.
Collaborate with national practice leadership for cross-market initiatives.
