Job summary

GA Group seeks a Managing Director (CAVS) to lead and scale its Transaction Advisory Services practice in a designated US market. You will originate and deliver client work, recruit and develop talent, and ensure exceptional client service and technical quality across engagements.

The role requires deep Quality of Earnings expertise and a proven ability to build a sustainable book of business, while representing the firm credibly in the local deal community. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or related fields.
• Experience leading Quality of Earnings engagements with EBITDA normalization and trends.
• Proven track record in originating, winning, and expanding client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, growth, and market presence of the TAS practice in the local market.
• Originate engagements and build senior client relationships with PE sponsors and lenders.
• Oversee multiple engagements, ensure quality, and manage staffing and economics.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing local team.
• Collaborate with GA Group leadership to deliver integrated client solutions.
