Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Director for Transaction Advisory Services to lead multiple client engagement teams, drive delivery excellence, and strengthen client relationships across the TAS practice. The role includes business development, risk management, and cross-selling other BDO services to support national TAS strategy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership and technical skills, a results-driven mindset, and a strong work ethic, with experience in buy-side and sell-side engagements

Qualifications

Eight (8) years of financial statement related professional services experience.
Five (5) or more years in a dedicated TAS environment, including complex national and multi-national deals.
Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of TAS services.
Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.
Coach and mentor staff; manage risk, resources, and performance across engagements.
Review and present due diligence reports for M&A decisions to clients.
