Qualifications

Eight+ years of financial statement related professional services experience.
Five+ years in a dedicated TAS environment with complex national and multinational buy/sell side transactions.
CPA, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement teams and ensure timely delivery of services.
Analyze deal issues: QofE, pro forma, working capital, debt and debt-like analysis.
Lead buy-side and sell-side TAS engagements.
Coach and mentor staff in due diligence and project management.
Review due diligence reports for client presentations.
Develop business opportunities and assist with proposals.
