Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Managing Director to lead TAS Centers of Excellence and drive the national TAS strategy. You will originate new business, oversee multiple client engagements, and maintain key relationships while coaching staff to deliver high-quality services.

The role requires strong leadership, technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP), and a results-oriented work ethic. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance preferred.
• MBA preferred; CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TAS Center of Excellence operations and quality.
• Lead new business origination efforts and cross-sell across service lines.
• Coordinate client engagement teams for efficient delivery of services.
• Mentor staff in due diligence, decision making, report writing, and project management.
• Manage relationships with C-level clients and identify business opportunities.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
