Qualifications

• 10+ years of transaction advisory or audit experience at national/public firms.
• 3+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Manage multiple transaction engagement teams with high-quality deliverables and deadlines.
• Review client financials, identify risks and value drivers, present findings to executives and investors.
• Oversee preparation of Key Findings Reports, databooks, and financial presentations.
• Collaborate with tax, valuation, and advisory teams for integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop staff through training and feedback.
