Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is hiring a Tram Driver to assist guests with tram service to and from the parking area. You will operate the tram, ensure cleanliness, and report any issues promptly.

The role emphasizes friendly, responsive guest service and clear communication about mountain conditions, trails, lift access, and dining options. A valid Michigan driver’s license and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to guests for tram service to/from parking area.
• Operate tram in compliance with state laws and company policy.
• Maintain tram cleanliness and report issues to maintenance.
• Provide guests with information on mountain conditions, trails, lifts and dining options.
• Deliver proactive, courteous customer service to all guests.
• Answer questions and give directions as needed.

As a Tram Driver you are responsible for responding to guest requests for tram service to and from the parking lot area in a prompt and courteous manner. Responsibilities

• Responding to guests request for tram service to and from parking lot area


• Operating vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy


• Overseeing tram cleanliness and reporting mechanical issue to supervisor and or vehicle maintenance manager


• Offering guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property


• Providing superior customer service to our guests at all times


• Answering questions and providing directions

Qualifications

This position may be for you if:

• You are at least 18 years old


• You have achieved a high school diploma or completed a GED


• You are available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays


• You are interested in a guest service oriented position, having excellent communication skills, are able to interact with guests in a friendly manner


• You possess a valid Michigan driver's license
