Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Tram Driver to greet guests and provide prompt tram service between the parking area and the resort. You will share information about mountain conditions, dining options and lift access while ensuring a courteous guest experience.

The role requires up-to-date local knowledge, excellent communication skills and a reliable, guest-focused attitude. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
• Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Responding to guests request for tram service to and from parking lot area.
• Operating vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy.
• Overseeing tram cleanliness and reporting mechanical issue to supervisor and/or vehicle maintenance manager.
• Offering guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property.
• Providing superior customer service to our guests at all times.
• Answering questions and providing directions.
