Job summary

Boyne Mountain Resort is seeking a Tram Driver in Michigan to respond to guest requests for tram service, operate the vehicle per laws and policies, and provide daily information about mountain conditions and dining options. This role emphasizes superior guest service and clear directions to help visitors enjoy the resort.

The position requires friendly interaction with guests, high school diploma or GED, and a valid Michigan driver's license.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner.
Valid Michigan driver's license.

Responsibilities

Responding to guests request for tram service to and from parking lot area
Operating vehicle in accordance with state laws and company policy
Overseeing tram cleanliness and reporting mechanical issue to supervisor and/or vehicle maintenance manager
Offering guests daily information regarding mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining options on property
Providing superior customer service to our guests at all times
Answering questions and providing directions
