Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Webinar & Training Coordinator to manage virtual, hybrid and in-person training events in Washington, DC. This temp-to-perm role requires planning, production, execution and post-event follow-up with strict attention to detail and strong MS Office skills.

The position offers a competitive salary with a $55K-$70K annual range plus bonus eligibility and an onsite work arrangement in the DC metro area.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2+ years of virtual event planning or production experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Webinar.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of virtual, hybrid, and in-person training events.
• Manage event logistics including Zoom setup, speaker coordination, attendee communications, AV support, and registration tracking.
• Moderate and host virtual events to ensure smooth attendee experience.
• Create and proof event materials, surveys, and training resources; track expenses.
• Support process improvements and travel for off-site events.
