Job summary

DP World in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end learning experience for our team members, ensuring each person can perform assigned tasks safely and independently on the floor. You will design structured, role-based training plans, coordinate onboarding, develop work instructions and instructional materials, and maintain Train-the-Trainer programs to coach SMEs as trainers.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or logistics quality environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent trainer capabilities with coaching and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured, role-based training plans for assigned pillars.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training for new hires.
• Develop work instructions, job aids, and instructional materials aligned with SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs; coach SMEs designated as trainers.
• Track SOP compliance and keep training records audit-ready.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and HR and provide leadership with training progress updates.
