Job summary

• Experience in an automotive or logistics environment with a focus on quality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral.
• Excellent trainer skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, role-based training plans for assigned pillars.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training for new hires.
• Develop work instructions and training materials aligned to SOPs and maintain Train-the-Trainer programs.
