DP World in Los Lunas, NM is seeking a Training Supervisor to own the end-to-end learning experience for team members, ensuring each person can perform tasks safely and independently. This role drives onboarding, on-the-floor training, and the development of SOP-aligned materials.

You will assess competencies, identify gaps, and measure effectiveness with leaders, aligning training with safety, quality, and operational KPIs. A collaborative, hands-on approach is essential in this role.

Formación

• Experience in automotive or logistics quality.
• Above-average interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and deal with DP World team members at all levels.
• Excellent trainer skills and abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement structured, role-based training plans for assigned pillars.
• Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training.
• Develop work instructions, job aids, and instructional materials aligned to current SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs; select, coach, and evaluate SMEs assigned as trainers.
• Assess employees to verify competence to perform tasks independently.
• Identify skill and performance gaps and implement targeted development plans.
• Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, floor observations, leadership feedback, and performance data.
• Connect learning outcomes to safety, productivity, quality, and other KPIs.
• Track SOP compliance and elevate deviations.
• Maintain training matrices, certification records, and competency documentation.
• Keep training records accurate and audit-ready.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and HR; provide updates on training progress and trainee status.
• Identify gaps in the training program and recommend improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
