Job summary

DP World is seeking a Training Supervisor at our Kuna, ID location to own the end-to-end learning experience for team members, ensuring tasks are performed safely and independently. You will design and deliver role-based training, coordinate onboarding, develop instruction materials, and partner with Operations, Safety, and HR to drive competency and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or logistics with a quality focus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders from hourly to managerial levels.
• Excellent trainer capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured, role-based training plans.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and hands-on floor training.
• Create work instructions and training materials aligned to SOPs.
• Maintain Train-the-Trainer programs and coach SMEs.
• Assess trainee competency and address skill gaps.
• Report training progress to site leadership.
